Salary: $98,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage delivery for 2–3 cross-functional software development teams.
• Support portfolio-level initiatives spanning multiple project teams.
• Build project timelines, conduct planning, and support execution using Agile principles.
• Facilitate scrums, planning sessions, retrospectives, and follow up on decisions and action items.
• Resolve blockers, close communication gaps, and guide teams through changing priorities and milestones.
• Improve team processes, morale, productivity, resource planning, and related program management activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering software or web development projects across the development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies in cross-functional teams of 5–10 people.
• Ability to lead through influence, build strong relationships, and work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Strong meeting facilitation, prioritization, task breakdown, and follow-through skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Apps, Atlassian JIRA, Slack, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to ambiguity and change.
