Sr. Consultant, Infrastructure Management

Location: Toronto, ON — Toronto-81 Bay, 18th Floor. The work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership across the design, build, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise managed file transfer services.
• Deliver advanced Level 4 support for complex incidents, troubleshoot root causes, and restore services quickly.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and future-state roadmaps for file transfer hardware, software, and security infrastructure.
• Identify operational risks and implement procedures and controls that improve uptime, stability, and service resilience.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, security, project, application, and external partner teams on scalable solutions.
• Manage technical requests, priorities, service expectations, stakeholder communication, and issue escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management, enterprise file transfer services, or a related technology environment.
• Experience with Axway SecureTransport, IBM Connect:Direct, ServiceNow, Ansible, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, file transfer protocols, encryption algorithms, key management, certificate lifecycle, and secure transmission standards.
• Scripting experience with Visual Basic, Python, and Shell.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
