Sr. Consultant, Professional Services (Identity and Messaging)

Location: Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, or Montreal, Canada

Salary: CAD 99,750–133,000 annually plus 14% target incentives.

What you will do

• Lead service delivery and technical teams across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and migration management engagements.
• Plan, install, configure, upgrade, migrate, secure, and administer enterprise environments, including on-premises and online Exchange.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams in line with contractual SLAs.
• Advise enterprise and public-sector clients on complex solution and service deployments.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians and support technical and professional development.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, customers, end users, and vendors on Statements of Work and delivery activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Current certifications and training in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals, Windows Server Hybrid, migration solutions, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Strong problem-solving, customer interaction, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Work location is limited to Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, or Montreal, Canada.
