Salary: $99,750–$133,000 annually + 14% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Lead service delivery functions for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange projects.
• Manage complex migrations, upgrades, and configurations for enterprise and public sector clients.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on technical and soft skills.
• Act as a subject matter expert during client engagements, trade shows, and events.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to execute detailed Statements of Work.
• Troubleshoot and optimize MS Teams deployments in accordance with contract SLAs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• Technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Relevant certifications including M365 Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric work ethic.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent industry experience.
