Senior IT Analyst

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada; required to work from the Toronto office four days a week. Working hours must align with ET (Eastern Timezone).

What you will do

• Own escalated P0–P3 tickets involving identity, endpoints, and cloud platforms across global teams.
• Administer Okta, including Lifecycle Management, workflow automation, SCIM provisioning, MFA policies, and application integrations.
• Manage access and entitlements across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Cloud, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Support ISO27001, ISO42001, and SOC2 Type II compliance activities by resolving test issues, collecting evidence, and collaborating with auditors and security teams.
• Develop scripts and automation, evaluate and onboard vendors, and improve internal policies, procedures, and tools.
• Lead hardware procurement, asset and license management, knowledge-base improvements, mentoring, and cross-functional IT projects.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Okta Lifecycle Management, Workflow Builder, MFA policy design, and SCIM integrations.
• Strong knowledge of MDM platforms, preferably Jamf, and administrator-level macOS experience.
• Hands-on participation in ISO27001, SOC2 Type II, or equivalent compliance audits.
• Advanced Google Workspace administration, including Organizational Units, GAM, API-level access, and reporting.
• Cloud IAM experience in at least two of AWS, GCP, and Azure, plus scripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting, security, documentation, communication, ownership, and customer-service skills.
