Operations Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid and remote work opportunities are available, with this role marked as hybrid.

What you will do

• Provide project support across multiple Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business goals, operational needs, data, and supporting research.
• Update process documentation, gather data, schedule meetings, and create process maps and flow diagrams.
• Help design business processes and recommend operational improvements.
• Use systems and data to help resolve business issues.
• Estimate the costs and benefits of potential solutions, provide recommendations, and support new initiative launches.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Some knowledge of data analysis and a data-driven approach.
• Suitable for recent or soon-to-be college graduates majoring in technology or business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in the United States in a hybrid or remote arrangement.
