Digital Consulting Manager-Oracle HCM Payroll (Oracle HCM)

Location: Remote within the United States; flexible living locations in the U.S.; travel up to 50% may be required. Chicago office listed at 550 Van Buren.

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for clients.
• Guide system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Plan, shape, and deliver enterprise technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Manage multiple projects with different scopes and timelines.
• Manage and mentor junior and offshore resources supporting payroll implementations.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with internal project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of related consulting experience with cloud implementations.
• Functional application specialist experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically the Payroll module.
• Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to live in the United States and travel up to 50% as needed.
