2-Year Associate, Asset-Backed Finance

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $150,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive program.

What you will do

• Evaluate and execute new asset-backed finance investment opportunities.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments and assess ongoing performance.
• Design investment solutions and structures for institutional investors.
• Contribute to due diligence and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build financial models, perform valuation analysis, and draft investment committee materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of finance experience with exposure to asset finance, corporate credit, and structured products.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Investment experience or experience in financial institutions groups, structured credit, securitization, or investment banking.
