Associate / Senior Associate, ABF Investments

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Support the structuring of private investments for an insurance balance sheet and analyze structural alternatives.
• Participate in rating agency calls, monitor methodology changes, and assess regulatory capital implications.
• Build and maintain cash flow and waterfall models for private asset-backed transactions.
• Review transaction documentation with legal, tax, accounting, and trustee stakeholders.
• Screen investment opportunities, perform collateral and servicer due diligence, and prepare investment committee materials.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and conduct market and sector research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing CLO or ABS securitization, warehouse, and asset-backed financing documentation.
• Exposure to rating agency processes and securitization methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and Intex.
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions and asset classes with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
