What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for an assigned portfolio.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, commercialization, and optimization.
• Drive portfolio growth and profitability through product performance management, pricing, go-to-market planning, and investment prioritization.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, sales, relationship management, and external stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver product enhancements.
• Use market research, client feedback, usage analytics, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and build business cases.
• Drive innovation, including AI-powered workflow automation and decisioning capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex software or technology products with engineering teams.
• Ability to use market research, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to make strategic product decisions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and aligning technology, sales, operations, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial technology, payments, workflow automation, SaaS, or other technology-driven products.
• Experience incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, or automation into products or business processes.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
