Senior Product Manager, Payments (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid in Austin or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $179,000–$224,000 annual salary for Bay Area-based hires

What you will do

• Shape product strategy for new Internet-scale business models.
• Develop product specifications, prototypes, positioning, and high-impact launches.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and go-to-market teams to ship products quickly.
• Work with Partnerships and Business Development to define business models for the open web.
• Represent the product externally with users, customers, AI labs, developers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical Product Manager.
• Developer-facing product experience; AI/ML experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
• Technical literacy sufficient to evaluate and challenge technical direction.
• Builder mindset, ability to move quickly, and preference for demonstrating solutions.
• Collaborative approach focused on achieving the right outcome.
