Sr. Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and key initiatives for hirify.global Protect for Banks across Cards, Authentication, and Account to Account solutions.
• Analyze client needs, fraud patterns, regulatory considerations, market conditions, and regional requirements to identify product opportunities.
• Own discovery, business cases, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap direction for initiatives across five regions.
• Develop evidence-based product narratives and value propositions with regional stakeholders and marketing.
• Coordinate product, data science, engineering, pricing, legal, and client-services teams from discovery and proof-of-concept through go/no-go decisions.
• Translate commercial priorities into technical requirements for platforms, data flows, and AI/ML models, including precision, recall, false positives, and missed fraud tradeoffs.

Requirements

• At least 3 days per week in the Foster City office is required.
• 8 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 or more years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience in product management, preferably in payments, fintech financial services, risk, or fraud.
• Strong analytical, commercial-modeling, problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with global technology, data science, legal, marketing, and client-facing teams without direct authority.
• Technical aptitude with APIs, data flows, technical documentation, and AI/ML model behavior and tradeoffs.
