Product Manager Sr.

Location: Columbus, OH, United States. Workplace type: Office.

Annual base compensation: $70,000–$140,000 USD, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and enhance enterprise payments products and services.
• Review existing products to improve profitability and meet customer needs.
• Oversee new product development and coordinate product launches with business units.
• Develop and oversee marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail, and other product communications.
• Evaluate products and recommend changes to product and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, risk, implementation, and other business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ACH, wire transfer, RTP, and payment solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis and product lifecycle management.
• 3+ years of experience working with sales, operations, risk, and implementation teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical partners, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CTP or AAP certification.
• Payments product management or delivery experience.
• Leadership experience and strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
