Managing Director, Delivery

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work with office attendance averaging four days per week

Base salary: $100,000–$230,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow the Delivery capability and program management team.
• Orchestrate enterprise-wide, cross-track delivery across technology, product, and integrated creative workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, roadmaps, milestones, escalations, tradeoffs, and recovery plans.
• Evolve the SAFe practice from Essential SAFe toward Large Solution or Full SAFe, with defined governance and implementation steps.
• Lead scope planning, estimation, pricing, profitability, budgets, burn rates, utilization, resource allocation, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Account, Strategy, Product, Enterprise Solutions, technology, and platform leads.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in delivery or program leadership, PMO, and/or client leadership, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience and certification in Large Solution and/or Full SAFe, with the ability to adapt the framework to complex, multi-track programs.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary enterprise programs combining technology, product, and integrated creative.
• Familiarity with cloud migration, such as AWS, and regulated or federal compliance environments; government or defense experience is advantageous.
• Strong estimation, pricing, profitability, utilization, resource, and cost-management skills.
• Experience with partnership and vendor management, PM operations, and tools including Smartsheet, Excel, Monday.com, Workday, and Jira.
