Digital Delivery Director (AI)

Location: Glen Allen, Virginia, United States

Base pay range: $170,000–$213,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, technically complex digital, data, and DevSecOps programs.
• Oversee projects involving integrations across multiple platforms from discovery through technical implementation.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of UX strategists, designers, business analysts, developers, QA analysts, and stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships, participate in pitches, scope engagements, and contribute to proposals and statements of work.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive progress, issue resolution, change management, and timely delivery.
• Monitor project performance, improve delivery processes, and communicate status, risks, and outcomes to sponsors and C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience implementing software, digital, collaboration technology, workforce automation, or content and marketing solutions.
• At least 10 years of experience in professional services or a consulting firm.
• Experience managing large-scale, highly complex projects end-to-end across multiple technologies.
• Ability to discuss AI’s role in accelerating delivery and improving client outcomes, and identify valuable AI applications in engagements.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience mentoring team members and adapting to changing client priorities.
