RevOps Process & Systems Manager

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. Up to 10% travel required. The position requires active U.S. citizenship or a green card, three consecutive years of residence in the U.S., and work from the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 USD annually, plus a negotiable total compensation package that may include an annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Manage Salesforce applications, platforms, and master data management methodology projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, requirements documentation, communication materials, proposals, presentations, and progress reports.
• Coordinate expectations and delivery with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Research CRM and sales processes and identify relevant industry best practices.
• Lead projects to meet business needs and remain on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with project management tools such as Atlassian, process documentation, and flowchart creation.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, including managing large and complex projects.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects and understanding project lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. A satisfactory federal Public Trust background check is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ, CLM, or RevCloud.
• Salesforce Administrator or Architect certification.
• Knowledge of AI platforms and services, including Salesforce customization and implementation.
• GovCloud implementation and support experience.
