M&A IT Integration Project Manager

Location: Hybrid work in Charlotte, NC, with an additional location in Atlanta, GA; in-person work in local offices and on client sites may require local or out-of-state travel.

Salary: $125,000–$200,000 annually, plus a 12% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $140,000–$224,000.

What you will do

• Manage complex business and technology projects, transformations, and M&A IT integration initiatives for clients.
• Lead technology program delivery, transformation office enablement, agile enablement, and Program Management as a Service engagements.
• Develop project work plans, oversee delivery, manage risks, and coordinate teams across client and engagement environments.
• Build relationships with client personnel and communicate issues and recommendations to senior executives.
• Mentor, train, coach, and supervise consultants and senior consultants, including performance reviews and work oversight.
• Contribute to client proposals, business development strategies, and technology transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services and large-scale business and technology project or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS or CIS.
• Experience with program delivery, transformation office enablement, agile delivery, and project or program management tools.
• Working knowledge of three-tier architecture, networks, infrastructure, databases, middleware, domain management, firewalls, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Access databases and basic knowledge of a development language and SQL.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams, cultivate client relationships, interpret data, and communicate with executives.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP, Agile Scrum/Product Owner, SAFe, or a similar credential.
• Experience with program office strategy and operating models, PPM automation, portfolio optimization, ERP and enterprise applications, or infrastructure and core modernization.
