Project Manager (Remote) (AI)

Location: US-Remote; fully remote

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise clinical informatics and AI-enabled programs, including the scaling of Ambient AI Scribe capabilities.
• Coordinate clinical, technical, operational, engineering, data, and vendor workstreams across federal healthcare environments.
• Direct SAFe Program Increment planning, integrated delivery plans, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and executive-level program reporting.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into scalable informatics solutions and optimize clinical workflows.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, usability, adoption, quality, safety, and measurable delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of progressive experience in clinical informatics, healthcare program management, or digital health transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Experience in federal healthcare environments such as VA, DoD, or large integrated health systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled or data-driven clinical solutions, EHR ecosystems such as VistA/CPRS or Oracle Health, and clinical workflow integration.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile delivery, including Program Increment planning, backlog coordination, and dependency management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ambient AI Scribe, clinical documentation, provider burden reduction, or enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, LOINC, and VA digital health programs.
• SAFe, PMP, or Prosci Change Management certification, or an advanced degree in a related field.
