RevOps Process & Systems Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. Up to 10% travel required. The role requires U.S. work location and active U.S. citizenship or a green card with at least three consecutive years of residence in the U.S.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 USD annually, plus a negotiable total compensation package that may include an annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage projects focused on Salesforce applications, platforms, and Master Data Management methodology.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, requirements, and full-scale project plans with stakeholders.
• Plan schedules and milestones, identify dependencies and critical paths, and track project delivery.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, and communication materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and lead project expectations across team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
• 1+ year of experience with project management tools such as Atlassian.
• 1+ year of experience writing process documentation and creating flowcharts.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, including managing large and complex projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, project life cycles, CRM and sales processes, and roadmap creation.
• Must work from the U.S. and meet the stated U.S. citizenship or green card residency requirements; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ, CLM, or RevCloud.
• Salesforce Administrator or Architect certification.
• Knowledge of AI platforms and services, Salesforce customization, and Salesforce implementation.
• GovCloud implementation and support experience.
