Electronics Technician (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Build and integrate propulsion systems, electrical subsystems, and avionics hardware for the Gen 6 aircraft.
• Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and root-cause identification for hardware non-conformances.
• Repair prototype wiring harnesses and power distribution assemblies in collaboration with engineers.
• Participate in production meetings with engineering and quality teams to optimize assembly workflows.
• Define and improve assembly procedures while maintaining accurate, quality-compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience assembling electromechanical mechanisms and/or power electronic assemblies.
• Strong PCB soldering, cable assembly, mechanical assembly, micro-soldering, and desoldering skills, including work with small SMT components.
• Ability to work from procedures and drawings with minimal guidance.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, crimpers, and basic shop equipment.
• Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing wiring and electrical systems, including selecting parts from a BOM, assembling boards, and testing.
• Good communication, problem-solving, organizational, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
