Principal Program Manager (Fintech)

Principal Program Manager (Fintech): Owning the operating rhythm of the Core Transfer Experience organization to align distributed product squads with an accent on executive communication, goal-tracking, and operational excellence. Focus on designing scalable organizational systems, driving cross-squad programs, and serving as a high-leverage operational partner to the GM.

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (expectation of at least 50% in-office time monthly)

Salary: $140,000–$175,000

What you will do

• Design and manage the CTX operating cadence, including leadership meetings, goal reviews, and operational excellence cycles.
• Lead cross-squad programs and organizational change initiatives from launch readiness to completion.
• Produce high-level executive communications, including monthly updates for the CEO and senior leadership.
• Act as the primary operational partner to the GM, triaging decisions and ensuring commitment follow-through.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Finance on headcount planning and onboarding across multiple global sites.
• Develop scalable systems, templates, and documentation to optimize organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, product operations, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes across teams through credibility and influence without direct reporting lines.
• Experience designing organizational operating rhythms and goal-tracking frameworks.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft content in a senior leader's voice.
• Experience operating across different time zones and cultures, specifically with European teams.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA to satisfy hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with distributed, multi-site engineering organizations.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Workday, or similar planning and HR tools.
