Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (FinTech)

Location: San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $185,000–$250,000 annual base pay, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Orchestrate executive-level presentations and content for CTO board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other leadership forums.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and business segment leaders to develop data-driven strategic frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Lead strategy projects, workstreams, and new initiatives from initial hypotheses through recommendations and operationalization.
• Develop narratives connecting outcomes across the Technology ecosystem to company strategy.
• Build relationships across the Technology ecosystem and CTO staff to align multiple technology priorities.
• Design and implement operating models and frameworks that improve decision-making, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence at scale.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organization.
• Experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, or strategic and analytical roles at large companies.
• Strong ability to use data, develop insight-backed hypotheses, and build compelling business cases.
• Business and technical acumen, preferably in a SaaS or platform technology company.
• Experience leading change, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and building trust with executives and working teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, storytelling, workshop facilitation, and executive business review skills.
