Staff Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $185,000–$250,000 per year base pay

What you will do

• Own change management for standardized planning, execution, and reporting processes across the Fintech organization.
• Lead adoption of Jira standardization, portfolio source-of-truth systems, execution dashboards, and AI-assisted planning agents.
• Drive quarterly planning, cutline and deprioritization reviews, milestone tracking, dependency management, and portfolio maintenance.
• Design rollout playbooks covering stakeholder mapping, training, office hours, and feedback loops.
• Partner with business and technology executives to introduce AI-enabled ways of working and improve operational velocity.
• Translate adoption and execution signals into metrics for centralized organizational health dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, change management, PMO, or related operations roles.
• Experience leading organization-wide process or tool transformations across large, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience managing quarterly planning cycles, portfolio tracking, milestones, dependencies, and prioritization reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence-without-authority skills, including direct partnership with VP and executive-level leaders.
• Data-driven approach and ability to translate process and adoption needs into dashboards and metrics.
• Experience in regulated fintech, payments, or financial services environments, plus familiarity with Jira or similar planning and dashboarding tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Product Management tools such as Aha or Dragonboat.
• Experience designing or rolling out AI-enabled or agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Co-work; Claude is preferred.
