Enterprise Risk Supervisor (Banking)

What you will do

• Advise business lines on enterprise risk management, promoting risk awareness through guidance, challenge, and escalation.
• Translate risk frameworks into business processes, controls, and risk-management activities.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide quality oversight for a team of risk professionals.
• Lead enterprise risk documentation, Process, Risk, and Control inventory practices, and continuous framework improvements.
• Oversee RCSA execution, risk event management, remediation, and escalation of control gaps.
• Develop and improve KRIs and KPIs while providing risk governance for business changes and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in financial services, risk management, audit, compliance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of operational and enterprise risk management frameworks, internal controls, and risk governance.
• Ability to manage complex risk initiatives independently and drive remediation across multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including assessment of risk impacts and control effectiveness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills for senior leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
