Operations Development Program Associate (Banking & Risk)

What you will do

• Rotate through operations teams to gain practical experience with core processes, technologies, compliance requirements, and customer interactions.
• Rotate through risk-focused teams and conduct operational risk assessments, process mapping, control testing, gap identification, and risk reporting.
• Use data analytics to support risk remediation and improve operational resilience and performance.
• Complete a leadership assignment, lead initiatives, collaborate across departments, and contribute to strategic priorities.
• Own a high-impact project focused on identifying process-improvement opportunities and developing actionable recommendations.
• Present project findings to senior leadership and perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, BA or BS.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
