Sr. Risk Management Manager, Global ERM

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $127,300–$204,100 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the risk business partnership with the Data Privacy Office and support additional hirify.global organizations as the scope evolves.
• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management program, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments and control testing.
• Identify risks and challenge the design and operating effectiveness of controls across data privacy and business operations.
• Provide risk advice to stakeholders, build risk culture, and influence process owners and senior executives.
• Develop risk reporting, deep dives, aggregate risk analysis, and forward-looking insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Update ERM frameworks and risk-system requirements while monitoring data quality and partnering with technology teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Extensive experience evaluating and managing enterprise and operational risk in a regulated environment, preferably in financial services or payments.
• Deep practical knowledge of data privacy requirements and operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience with risk appetite, risk assessment, scoring, mitigation, acceptance, control testing, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; experience with IBM OpenPages.

Nice to have

• Privacy certifications such as IAPP CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or ISACA CDPSE.
• Knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, PIPL, or the Australian Privacy Act.
• Understanding of the payments industry, payment products, and financial services regulation.
• Experience building AI capabilities relevant to risk management.
