Risk and Control Advisor - Business Resiliency Oversight

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide independent, risk-based oversight and effective challenge of the Business Resiliency and Operational Resilience Program.
• Assess resilience governance, methodologies, business impact analyses, plans, testing, training, issues, and risk acceptances.
• Execute annual and quarterly risk assessments and targeted reviews to identify elevated risks, emerging concerns, and systemic weaknesses.
• Evaluate technology, data, and third-party dependencies, including concentration risk and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Analyze incidents, exercises, and testing outcomes to assess whether resilience strategies are executable and effective under stress.
• Aggregate oversight results into risk conclusions, findings, escalations, and decision-ready reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Knowledge of operational risk, internal controls, risk assessments, regulatory requirements, and compliance reporting.
• Ability to provide risk expertise, challenge business self-assessments, and collaborate with Compliance and Technology Risk partners.
• Must work in an in-office setting at one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
