Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management

Location: Hybrid role based in the Atlanta, Georgia office, with at least 3 days in the office each week. The position requires 5–10% travel and is performed in an office setting.

Salary: $89,200–$138,600 USD per year, with possible bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Support delivery and continuous improvement of hirify.global’s Global Enterprise Risk Management program.
• Execute Risk and Control Self-Assessment processes and review submissions for risk identification, control ratings, and residual scoring.
• Support AI-enabled tools for faster and more consistent risk analysis, scoring, and reporting.
• Identify risks, challenge control effectiveness, and monitor the GoRO system of record for data quality and completeness.
• Build risk insights, interactive dashboards, aggregate reporting, and executive briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Support change management, business requirements gathering, ERM documentation, frameworks, concepts, and technology updates.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Experience executing operational, enterprise, information security, technology, or audit risk programs.
• Working knowledge of global risk regulations, GRC tools, system maintenance, and improvement.
• Understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements applicable to the payments and card industry.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and turn research and raw data into strategic insights.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accurate, compliant, high-quality work.

Nice to have

• Professional accreditation in risk management or AI.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and their application to risk management analysis and reporting.
