TL;DR
Manager, Technical Project Management (Enterprise Applications): Leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications supporting critical fleet operations with an accent on Agile execution, release management, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on managing complex dependencies, risks, budgets, technical standards, and executive-level delivery reporting across large-scale technology initiatives.
Location: Remote from Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications from planning and execution through release and stabilization.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and delivery execution across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate developers, DevOps engineers, QA, product managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Own project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Establish delivery governance and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, system reliability, and business value.
- Communicate milestones, risks, decisions, and outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or enterprise technology delivery.
- Experience leading complex technology projects and large-scale enterprise application or digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, sprint execution, release management, delivery governance, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, resources, and mitigation plans.
- Understanding of software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, integrations, production releases, security, architecture, and enterprise standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, or operational technology environments.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
- Experience with Agile at scale, portfolio governance, or complex multi-workstream programs.
- Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and application reliability practices.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
