What you will do
- Manage the full software development lifecycle for a mature and highly integrated POS product.
- Prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and support the team in daily delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery and schedule adherence.
- Manage dependencies across multiple product components and third-party integrations.
- Coordinate with client-side engineering and product teams to ensure successful releases.
- Collaborate with top management to optimize delivery processes and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 2.5+ years of IT project management experience.
- Proven experience working with US-based clients and leading teams of 7-10 FTEs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management principles.
- Proficiency with Jira, Git/Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
- Experience in release management and deployment coordination.
Nice to have
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets (functions and data manipulation).
