Senior Project Manager (Digital Projects)

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica; work from an office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end digital and website projects, including campaigns, content pages, and broader website initiatives.
• Coordinate Creative, Content, Technology, Media, and other multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, workflows, and processes that support reliable delivery.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to establish priorities, communicate status, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Improve project management processes and mentor less experienced project management talent when appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally focused on websites and digital experiences.
• Experience leading projects from creative and content development through technology and website delivery.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary, cross-functional, and client-facing projects.
• Strong knowledge of scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, as well as Agile/Sprint methodology.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, organization, and process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or supporting the development of other project managers.
• Familiarity with emerging and AI-powered tools for improving project management processes.
• Experience in automotive, digital marketing, or agency environments.
