What you will do

• Coordinate work assignments with the supervisor to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Solve production problems, answer employee questions, review quality, and provide training.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems, coordinating with maintenance and support departments.
• Lead daily tier meetings and drive continuous process improvement with the CI team.
• Maintain the primary work area in accordance with 5S standards and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a safe work environment, following all safety rules and escalating concerns immediately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of applicable laws, codes, policies, and safety practices.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
