Team Lead I

Location: Denver, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM shift

Pay rate: $25.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and work hands-on with employees across multiple manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to support production.
• Make incremental process adjustments and monitor and report product quality.
• Drive team performance, encourage improvement, and support achievement of operational goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while applying quality and safety policies.
• Complete administrative duties and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing experience; five years preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping operations, including crew or team leadership.
• Forklift experience and core manufacturing knowledge.
• Ability to lead by example, hold direct reports accountable, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to read manufacturing instructions and specification sheets, perform basic production calculations, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
