Network Operations Coordinator 3

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $44,900–$60,200 per year.

What you will do

• Manage provider data for health plans, including demographics, rates, and contract intent.
• Conduct provider audits and support provider service, relations, credentialing, and contract management systems.
• Process provider service-failure intake and manage related administrative workflows.
• Prioritize requests and adapt procedures, processes, and techniques with limited guidance.
• Coordinate administrative projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting working with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, or similar organizations.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and proficient Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• Provider credentialing experience.
• Previous claims experience.
• Experience reviewing, loading, or interpreting contracts.
