Provider Network Performance Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, but must be located in Georgia, United States. Travel approximately 30–40% within the assigned market is required.

Salary: $60,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Own performance management for assigned providers across cost, quality, access, and network metrics.
• Identify performance gaps and root causes, then develop and execute targeted improvement plans.
• Lead provider performance reviews and Joint Operating Committees while building accountability for outcomes.
• Analyze financial, operational, quality, and provider performance data using reporting systems, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools.
• Translate complex data into recommendations and provide leadership with visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support contract negotiations and network strategy across fee-for-service, value-based, and risk-based models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managed care, a health plan, or a similar healthcare environment.
• 5+ years of direct provider-facing experience.
• Demonstrated success improving provider performance across cost and/or quality metrics.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and drive measurable results.
• Must be located in Georgia and able to travel approximately 30–40% within the assigned market.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating contracts with physician groups and/or health systems.
• Experience with value-based or risk-based payment models.
• Experience in provider performance, network optimization, or healthcare analytics.
