Senior Application Engineer (HVAC Technical Support)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; office-based role with occasional travel for field problems and offsite training or events.

Starting base pay: $105,630–$130,485 per year.

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support by phone and email for product selection and application questions.
• Develop solutions for unique and complex applications, including design and special pricing.
• Analyze special product designs, maintain product roadmaps, and communicate product selling points to sales teams and customers.
• Travel when needed to diagnose field problems and provide subject-matter expertise.
• Develop, organize, and deliver technical training for internal and external customers, trade associations, and sales channels.
• Participate in industry associations and codes and standards committees while supporting process improvement and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Two-year associate degree or equivalent job experience.
• Four-year bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to provide technical application support and analyze complex HVAC product applications.
• Ability to travel for field diagnostics, onsite and offsite training, meetings, and events.
