Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Base salary: $115,000–$1,850,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $128,800–$231,250 per year.

What you will do

• Support and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for consulting clients.
• Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Manage multiple engagements of varying size and duration.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and consulting teams.
• Provide industry-specific insights and identify value-creation opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior staff on engagement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, including end-to-end implementations.
• Functional application specialist experience in one or more areas including Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build client and team relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
