Senior Technical Developer (Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud)

What you will do

• Gather business requirements, create technical designs, develop proofs of concept, and provide guidance through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Learning, and Talent Management.
• Design and maintain integrations with applicant tracking systems, third-party platforms, and internal enterprise applications using middleware, REST APIs, web services, and XML/JSON.
• Build HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, Fast Formulas, and automated data-loading solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain platform stability, security, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with HR, HRIS, IT, Corporate Applications, vendors, and other stakeholders on UAT, documentation, releases, and system improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Learning, and Talent Management.
• Strong proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Data Loader.
• Experience with BI data models, report templates, web services, REST APIs, XML/JSON, and middleware such as Oracle Integration Cloud or MuleSoft.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and validation.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, translate complex requirements into secure scalable solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
