Business Process & Product Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid role

Salary: EUR 2,100–3,400 per month for a full-time role, plus potential performance-based bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, user needs, processes, and data quality requirements.
• Screen and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI solutions, for Risk Engineering and Underwriting use cases.
• Support process optimization, efficiency, and standardization across global Risk Engineering operations.
• Develop understanding of the end-to-end insurance value chain and contribute to an integrated workflow landscape.
• Support deployment of technology solutions through change management, training, communication, and user adoption activities.
• Assist project managers and IT product owners with initiative execution and quarterly and annual business planning.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Product Owner, Process Analyst, or Business Consultant, ideally in a data-driven environment.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and test structured solution options, and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Independent, structured, proactive approach with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Master's degree or higher in Science, Applied Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Understanding of data analytics and data science principles; experience in large, complex multinational organizations is valuable.
