TL;DR
Business Analyst (Charisma): Translating complex business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and functional concepts with an accent on business–IT collaboration and agile delivery. Focus on finding implementable solutions, coordinating implementation activities, and supporting the continuous improvement and rollout of the Charisma solution.
Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
Salary: negotiable, with a base salary from €1,550 gross, depending on seniority and experience, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do
- Analyze, clarify, and structure business requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and refine them with Business and IT.
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
- Contribute to functional concepts and solution finding.
- Coordinate implementation activities and collaborate with engineers and quality experts.
- Support continuous improvement, stabilization, and rollout of the Charisma solution.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing and structuring business requirements.
- Experience creating and refining user stories.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Experience supporting functional concept development and solution finding.
- Ability to coordinate the implementation of business requirements in an agile, cross-functional environment.
- English at minimum B2 level.
