Business Analyst Production Support - Legal Reporting CH (Fintech)

Location: Bioggio, Switzerland, with remote work; occasional onsite working groups may take place across Europe and Asia.

What you will do

• Analyze European Banking Authority and country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Develop standardized legal reporting solutions according to bank scope using Fire, WKFS, ABACUS, or similar reporting tools.
• Build and parameterize regulatory reporting solutions in hirify.global within an Agile team.
• Support customers in meeting requirements from regulators including EBA, BCL, CSSF, SNB, FINMA, NBB, and BDF.
• Participate in implementation workshops and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent business discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong command of English required.
• Excellent client orientation, communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for learning and self-improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, banking systems, or the hirify.global Banking Suite.
• Experience with SQL or PL/SQL.
• Experience with Fire, WKFS, ABACUS, or similar legal reporting tools.
• Experience with the listed banking regulators.
• Italian, German, or French language skills.
