Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid and flexible working is offered.

What you will do
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and create detailed functional specifications.
- Refine the product backlog and support strategic product roadmap development.
- Collaborate with software engineers and the team architect on implementation and business testing.
- Own the credit functionality of the Region EU Platform used by European clients.
- Act as a credit subject matter expert for Sales and internal colleagues.
- Analyze client incidents, respond to service requests, and contribute to product documentation and cross-country standardization.
Requirements
- University degree in economics or finance, or completed bank apprenticeship.
- Substantial banking industry experience focused on credit.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, and business testing.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and abstract-thinking skills.
- Full professional fluency in German is required.
- Commitment to continuous learning in the credit domain.
Nice to have
- Comprehensive knowledge of credit processes, products, and regulations.
- Certification.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and processes.
