TL;DR
Functional Business Consultant - Service (IFS Cloud/ERP): Owning and continuously improving end-to-end Service processes and system capabilities across IFS Cloud and related business applications with an accent on functional consulting, system integration, and sustainable process design. Focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions, analyzing incidents and root causes, coordinating changes and vendors, and supporting testing, training, and adoption.
Location: Senec, Slovakia; hybrid work model
Salary: From €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do
- Own and continuously improve end-to-end Service processes, including Installed Base, Service Contracts, Work Orders, Service Execution, and Billing.
- Manage Service-related capabilities in IFS Cloud, including functional ownership, configuration, incident analysis, root-cause analysis, testing, releases, and quality assurance.
- Take functional responsibility for additional Service applications and ensure coherent interaction across the Service value chain.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable functional solutions and contribute to process and solution decisions.
- Drive changes from initial idea to production, coordinate external service providers, and prepare solution concepts and recommendations.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, support key users, and maintain process and solution documentation.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Service processes in an industrial, asset-based, or project-driven environment.
- Ability to work with heterogeneous application landscapes and assess business requirements, business impact, and technical fit.
- Structured, analytical, and pragmatic working style with a strong ownership mindset.
- Confident communication with business and IT stakeholders.
- Very good English skills required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud Service modules.
- German language skills.
