Senior Technical Business Analyst Credits & Risks (Fintech)

Location: Bioggio, Canton Ticino, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Team Lead, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, technical leads, and architects.
• Write solution designs for new developments and coordinate technical reviews.
• Participate in client workshops and support requirements analysis.
• Design, develop, maintain, improve, and optimize application functionality for credits and risks.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and support quality assurance.
• Work with agile processes and Jira while taking ownership of the assigned area.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or comparable education.
• At least 5 years of experience in the fintech or financial sector.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-gathering skills with a reliable, effective, and service-oriented approach.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Availability for planned or exceptional maintenance work during weekends and public holidays.
• Availability for picket shifts and possible emergency interventions at night or on weekends.

Nice to have

• Business knowledge of credits applications, loans, associated risks, overdrafts, and interest calculations.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers or outsourcing providers.
• hirify.global ACP Certification.
• Italian, German, or French language skills.
