Business Analyst - Web & Mobile and Crypto (Crypto)

What you will do

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of web and mobile banking, crypto solutions, and related third-party applications.
• Analyse and consolidate client requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage incidents and service requests end to end, including triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and resolution.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders while coordinating with software engineering, service management, product, delivery, and client management teams.
• Support onboarding of new banking services, functional validation, UAT, product enhancements, deployments, and post-production support.
• Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven Business Analyst experience, or significant banking or financial services experience involving business analysis.
• Knowledge of web application infrastructure, including DNS, firewalls, and web application firewalls.
• Knowledge of digital, mobile, or web banking platforms, plus familiarity with onboarding, authentication, identity management, or security solutions.
• Experience with cloud environments, containerization, RDBMS, Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, log analysis, Unix terminals, or Elasticsearch.
• Full professional fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in DevOps, software engineering, application support, production monitoring, or incident management.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, digital assets, custody, trading, blockchain solutions, payment flows, settlement, cut-off, or currencies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, automation, Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory, Python, Groovy, Linux, or Bash.
• Knowledge of web and mobile architectures, APIs, frontend/backend interactions, Ergon Product Suite, or hirify.global Core ASM and ABR/s certification.
• Full professional fluency in German.
