Sourcing Director (Data Center Solutions)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, US; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $172,900–$257,000 annual base pay; additional compensation may include annual incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key commodities and suppliers supporting growth, margins, capacity, and supply continuity.
• Select suppliers and lead commercial discussions covering pricing, contracts, material liability, and multi-year strategic relationships.
• Build executive-level supplier partnerships that support innovation, capacity expansion, and long-term growth.
• Create supplier ramp plans, ensure rate readiness, and lead proactive capacity planning and supply assurance.
• Monitor commodity trends, market cycles, inflationary impacts, supply risks, and sourcing opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, operations, planning, quality, and program teams while strengthening supplier governance, performance management, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience defining global sourcing strategies and building scalable supplier networks.
• Strong commercial expertise in negotiation, contract management, total cost of ownership, supplier economics, and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing executive-level supplier relationships, supplier governance, capacity planning, ramp readiness, quality improvement, and supplier performance.
• Strong analytical and market intelligence skills for evaluating commodity trends and supply risks.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced certification in supply chain or procurement.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
