Location: Sheboygan, WI, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $156,000–$247,800 annually.

What you will do
- Lead North American procurement activities, performance metrics, cost-out projects, tariff mitigation, risk mitigation, sourcing, and category strategies.
- Develop short- and long-term category and supply strategies aligned with business-unit growth plans.
- Lead supplier engagement, footprint tracking, negotiations, resourcing activities, and senior-leadership reporting.
- Manage procurement resources, resolve complex cross-functional conflicts, and drive accountability for business-plan deliverables.
- Lead global aftermarket purchasing and coordinate with direct and indirect procurement teams and AMPS leadership.
- Lead global procurement for new product development, ensuring program milestones and enterprise-wide scale opportunities are delivered.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, materials management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in purchasing within global manufacturing companies.
- Experience with increasing responsibility in multi-site, multi-product organizations.
- At least 6 years of managerial experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- US work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirement.
