Director - Strategic Sourcing

Salary: $145,600–$209,300 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Build and execute a multi-year sourcing strategy aligned with company growth, product plans, and financial targets.
• Lead Corporate Services sourcing teams supporting Travel, M&E, Marketing, Professional Services, HR, and International Sourcing.
• Develop category-led sourcing strategies, optimize total cost of ownership, and deliver savings, cost avoidance, and working capital improvements.
• Lead complex enterprise negotiations and manage executive-level supplier relationships.
• Establish governance across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle and strengthen collaboration with Technology, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
• Drive procurement transformation through automation, analytics, AI-enabled insights, CLM, intake-to-PO automation, P2P optimization, and FinOps partnership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sourcing or procurement, including relevant Corporate Services categories.
• 5+ years in a sourcing and procurement leadership role managing Corporate Services teams.
• Experience implementing category management structures, leading enterprise negotiations, and developing supplier strategies.
• Demonstrated success with procurement transformation and operating model improvements.
• Executive presence, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in fast-paced organizations.
