Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote from Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, or Ecuador; U.S. business hours required

What you will do

• Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-up with prospects.
• Qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotes, explain pricing, handle objections, and close sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-up on open opportunities.
• Keep CRM records and sales activity accurate.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and KPI targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales and handle objections.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organization, persistence, discipline, and results orientation.
