What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise and Strategic prospects within the LATAM territory.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Apply MEDDIC-style methodologies to manage pipeline creation and deal execution.
  • Drive new logo growth and land-and-expand motions for top-tier corporate clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
