What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise and Strategic prospects within the LATAM territory.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Apply MEDDIC-style methodologies to manage pipeline creation and deal execution.
- Drive new logo growth and land-and-expand motions for top-tier corporate clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, or MICE preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies.
