Workday Integrations and Extend Lead (Workday)

Location: Chicago, United States — 550 Van Buren; willingness to travel up to 50%

Base salary: $145,000–$1,700,000 per year; eligible for annual incentive compensation with a total estimated compensation range of $174,000–$204,000

What you will do

• Lead technical activities across the Workday implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Implement new Workday integrations and inbound and outbound EIBs.
• Manage and implement Workday integration enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional project and client teams to understand requirements and design solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide technical recommendations to resolve client problems and implementation barriers.
• Coach and lead technical staff while managing the technical workstream.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• 2–3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical workstream ownership.
• Experience managing a team and leading technical staff members.
• Experience using Workday Studio and Extend.
• Deep expertise in at least one technical area of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or data management solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
